What Does the Role Offer?
As an employee in our customer service, you will help our customers every day while becoming part of a stable and socially vital operation. Here you will have a varied job where you are a key link between the customers and the business. The role suits you if you enjoy combining service and administration.
Your Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle incoming calls and emails from customers.
- Answer questions regarding, for example, electricity contracts, consumption, moving procedures, power grid, and district heating.
- Register and follow up on cases in our systems.
- Other tasks related to sales and administration.
The position is 75% and located in Falkenberg.
Who Are You?
We are looking for you who have experience in a similar customer service role and are driven by creating good customer experiences. You work in a structured manner and have the ability to provide our customers with professional and friendly service. Experience from the energy sector or similar operations is an advantage. You have good computer skills and express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. At our company, you will work with ProBill and Lime.
As a person, you are self-reliant, proactive, and solution-oriented. You enjoy taking responsibility, actively seek the information you need, and see the value of collaborating with others to find the best solutions for the customer.
