About the Operations

Kvarteret Trädgården is located in central Falkenberg. Here, we work according to a new concept where different operations collaborate closely to create security and high-quality care for the residents.

We are now looking for you who want to be part of this operation. Together with your colleagues, you will work with various approaches within the different parts of the quarter: a special housing facility with 45 apartments, 27 apartments in needs-tested housing, and 37 security apartments. The quarter also includes three day-care activities.

How We Work

1. Working for all residents: You work for all who live in the quarter, regardless of housing type. All staff have a main workplace but work regularly in other operations within the area. This requires flexibility.
2. Staffing and hours: Staffing is adjusted to the needs of the operation with full-time work as the norm. Night shifts are 8.75 hours (instead of 10) and evening shifts extend until 23:00.
3. Innovation and technology: We think innovatively and test new solutions. We work with welfare technology, including creating security through digital supervision.
4. Rehabilitative approach: We support residents in doing as much as they can themselves. This requires patience and a listening approach.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks are nursing care and delegated medical tasks. As part of the daily work, you will use Intraphone, which is part of our planning and documentation system.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Educated Enrolled Nurse with proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title. (If waiting for proof, you can show approved education and application).
• Respect for fellow human beings and a desire to contribute to the operation.
• Receptive, engaged, responsible, and clear communicator.
• Ability to see the big picture while taking individual needs into account.
• Good teamwork skills.

Personal suitability is given great weight.
