Dental Personal is looking for a dental nurse for Tandhälsan in Laholm.

Today, I work as the sole dentist together with a hygienist who is present a few days a week. We are a small team where collaboration, communication, and responsibility are crucial for the business to function well.

The position is at 85% (34 hours per week) and is structured so that we work two longer days, which gives three free afternoons every week. The role is varied and includes assistance, delegated tasks, reception, sterilization, and other duties associated with a smaller clinic.

At times, the work pace can be high, especially since we are a small team with a full schedule. The business also has a natural variation throughout the year, where the spring semester is usually more intensive, while the autumn semester often provides more room for quality work, improvement projects, and clinic development. My ambition is to allocate one administrative day per week even during periods of high workload to create space for planning, quality work, and business development.
