Job Responsibilities

Your duties will include assessing child development, supporting parents, home visits to our newborns, leading parent groups, doctor's consultations at the Child Health Center (BVC), and telephone counseling at BVC. You will work based on the Child Health Center's basic program to promote children's health and development. Furthermore, you will play an important role as an advisor to the families you meet.

About the Workplace

Vårdcentralen Fjärås is a well-functioning, publicly operated health center located in the heart of Fjärås. We are a pleasant workplace with a great team responsible for just over 6,800 registered patients. Here, everything is under one roof: doctor's office, nurse's office, laboratory, district nurse's office, BVC, counselor, occupational therapist, physiotherapy, etc.

At Vårdcentralen Fjärås, we work actively together with continuous improvement and participation. For us, it is important to have flexible and close teamwork between all professional groups to best help our patients and create job satisfaction.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a district nurse or a registered nurse with specialist education in health and medical care for children and adolescents. Previous experience in outpatient work at BVC is meritorious, and we expect you to have good computer skills and preferably experience working in our medical record system, Cosmic. A category B driver's license is required.

You who want to work in our wonderful team are a flexible, engaged, and proactive person. You plan your work independently and structured while being easy to collaborate with. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
