About Us
Mollösunds Wärdshus is a historic inn located at the tip of Orust, in the old fishing village of Mollösund. The kitchen is the heart of the house, and we cook honest, seasonal food using ingredients from the sea and Bohuslän.

About the Role
Do you want to enter the restaurant industry? We are currently looking for kitchen assistants, and no previous experience is required. Here, we will teach you the job from the ground up. You will help with preparations, simple cooking, dishwashing, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized. At our place, it is fast-paced, busy, and we are a great group that enjoys working together. The most important thing is that you are positive and eager to learn.

Employment
Seasonal employment with immediate start – during the summer, we go all out. Full-time or part-time by agreement, salary by agreement. During the autumn, there may be continued work, focusing more on weekends, events, and conferences.

If you do not live nearby, staff accommodation can be arranged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients (peeling, chopping, setting out)
• Help with simple cooking and plating
• Dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen and utensils
• Maintain order, hygiene, and tidiness in the kitchen

Qualifications

• Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude
• Organized and reliable
• Ability to work in a team and at a fast pace
• Basic Swedish or English
