Do you have a passion for Asian flavors and want to work in a driven team? At Mini Tokyo, we are now looking for an ambitious chef who wants to deliver top-class dining experiences, with a focus on Vietnamese and Asian cuisine.

About the role
We are looking for someone with in-depth knowledge of Asian cooking methods, particularly within Vietnamese cuisine (e.g., traditional slow-cooking and broths) as well as Japanese fusion. The role requires high precision and an understanding of authentic ingredients.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in Asian gastronomy. To succeed in the role, we would like you to:

• Have at least 1–2 years of experience working as a chef in à la carte settings.
• Have specialist knowledge or a strong interest in Japanese and Asian cuisine.
• Be a team player who spreads positive energy in the kitchen.

Language requirements:
As we work in an international environment and have specific needs in the kitchen, the following apply:

• Highly meritorious: Knowledge of English, Vietnamese, and Japanese, as we work with authentic recipes, communicate with specific ingredient suppliers, and aim to ensure the highest quality in our Asian dishes. Swedish is a plus but not a requirement.
