Working Team Leader Warehouse

Do you want to combine operational warehouse work with leadership and be a key part of developing our warehouse operations? We are now looking for a working team leader who thrives on being close to the operations and wants to contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-functioning workplace.

About the Role

As a working team leader, you will be a central part of the daily warehouse operations. The role involves working operationally for approximately 80% of the time with order picking, receiving, shipping, and other common warehouse tasks.

In addition to the operational work, you are responsible for leading and supporting daily operations by ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery precision in accordance with the company's goals and requirements. You will also coach colleagues, prioritize tasks, and contribute to continuous improvements in our working methods.

Responsibilities

• Order picking and order management
• Receiving and shipping
• Forklift operation and cargo handling
• Plan and prioritize daily warehouse work
• Ensure work is performed according to current procedures and safety requirements
• Monitor quality, efficiency, and delivery precision
• Coach and support colleagues in daily work
• Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and working methods

Competence and Experience

• Experience in warehouse work, logistics, or order picking
• Basic computer skills and understanding of warehouse management systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Forklift license is an advantage
• Experience in leading or coordinating work is an advantage
