We are now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented traffic controller who wants to become an important part of our team. The employment is with Nobina Care (Telepass Gothenburg West), which is part of the Nobina Group.

About the role

As a traffic controller, you are responsible for the daily planning and management of transport within special transport services, medical travel, school runs, and ambulance/transfer services. The role requires you to make quick decisions, prioritize correctly, and ensure that our transports are carried out safely, efficiently, and with high service standards.

You work in close cooperation with drivers, customers, clients, and other internal functions to ensure smooth traffic control, even during periods of high traffic pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily traffic within special transport services, medical travel, school transport, and transfer services.
• Handle acute changes and redistribute resources as needed.
• Respond to and handle feedback, complaints, and customer cases in a professional and service-oriented manner.
• Administer and follow up on referrals and other transport orders.
• Maintain ongoing contact with drivers, customers, and clients.
• Ensure that transports are performed according to current agreements, routines, and quality requirements.
• Work actively with problem-solving and contribute to efficient traffic control.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in traffic control, transport planning, or similar tasks.
• Has good administrative skills and is accustomed to working in various IT systems.
• Is stress-resistant and can work structured even under high work tempo.
• Has good multitasking abilities and can prioritize between several tasks simultaneously.
• Is solution-oriented, responsible, and has a professional attitude.
• Has good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish.
• Experience with special transport services, medical travel, or public transport is an advantage.
