ISS Facility Services has an exciting collaboration with a customer in the automotive industry operating at several locations in Sweden. For our operation and maintenance assignment in Tuve, we are now looking for a service employee for a combined role as Forklift Operator/Waste Management and Cleaner. About the Role
In this role, you will have an important and valuable responsibility for the overall experience in the customer's premises. Your task will be to, together with your team, create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and visitors. You will work in various environments, which is why we place great emphasis on your personal and non-hierarchical engagement as well as your ability to resolve emerging situations.

In the role of Cleaner, you will work with process and production cleaning in industrial facilities, as well as cleaning of break rooms and hygiene areas. In the role of Forklift Operator, you will collect waste and transport it to the respective sorting locations. In addition, the role involves a variety of service tasks – from handling furniture, office supplies, mail, and packages to conference service – such as refilling water and coffee machines and caring for plants. The assignment is carried out within the framework of an integrated service solution where you, in addition to your regular responsibilities, are expected to be helpful in other areas within business services and also work other shifts if necessary.

This is a permanent position starting with a 6-month probation period. Working hours are Monday-Friday 15:45-00:45. The position will be filled starting September 1st.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you who have experience with cleaning in an industrial environment. A cleaning education is an advantage. You must have proficiency in Swedish and hold a valid Category B driver's license as well as a Forklift License. You are positive and solution-focused, take great responsibility for your work, and have a good overview of your area. You gladly provide suggestions for improvements that facilitate work and raise our service level. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS Facility Services' desire to deliver world-class service. This means you have a high service level and find it easy to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues.
