Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for experienced warehouse staff with good forklift experience for our clients in Borås. This position is ideal for you who thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment where high tempo, quality, and teamwork are a natural part of the workday.

You will work with varied tasks within warehousing and logistics, where forklift operation is a central part of the job. Therefore, we are looking for you who have good experience with both reach trucks (B3) and high-level order pickers (B4) and feel confident working with both types of forklifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing of orders
• Stowing and replenishing goods
• Forklift operation with reach trucks (B3) and high-level order pickers (B4)
• Handling incoming and outgoing goods
• Contribute to order and structure in warehouse operations
• Support other parts of the warehouse as needed

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience with reach trucks (B3) and high-level order pickers (B4)
• Has previous experience in warehouse work, preferably in picking and packing
• Is meticulous, responsible, and works in a structured manner
• Thrives in active and physical work at a high tempo
• Is flexible and has good teamwork skills
• Can work both independently and in a team

Requirements

• Valid forklift license and at least one year of documented forklift experience
• At least six months of experience with reach trucks (B3) and high-level order pickers (B4)
• Previous experience from warehouses, terminals, or similar operations
• Good computer skills and experience working in various systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Upper secondary education or equivalent
