Supervisor for Terminal Operations

Previous experience is desired
We are looking for a supervisor who wants to take a central role in planning, leading, and developing the daily work in our terminal operations. You are responsible for ensuring that the operations are run efficiently, safely, and in accordance with established procedures and goals.
As a supervisor, you are responsible for:
- Planning, leading, and distributing daily and long-term work within the team towards set goals
- Ensuring that work is performed according to current procedures, processes, and health and safety policies
- Monitoring productivity and quality, and taking action in case of deviations
- Staff planning
- Conducting daily kick-off meetings
- Handling deviations and customer inquiries
- Planning incoming and outgoing cargo flows
- Being responsible for the terminal's order and general operations
- Monitoring internal regulations
- Driving and participating in improvement work
- Actively participating in daily production
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of health and safety work
- Forklift license
- Good computer skills
