About the role
As a Transport Manager here, you are responsible for planning, leading, and developing our temperature-controlled transport operations within Thermo Distribution. You are the hub of the network – in close contact with drivers, customers, subcontractors, and colleagues. Here, you handle everything from order placement and route optimization to problem-solving and improvement work on a daily basis.
Your main responsibilities:
- Planning, coordination, and direction of transports
- Optimization of routes and load capacity
- Daily contact with drivers, customers, and partners
- Follow-up and quality assurance of deliveries
- Administration and documentation for invoicing
- Active collaboration with sales, finance, and the terminal

We would prefer if you have:
- Previous experience from a similar role
- Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
- Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing
- A valid driver's license (Category B)
Previous experience in transport management, preferably within the food industry, is an advantage.
