About the role

As a Transport Manager here, you are responsible for planning, leading, and developing our temperature-controlled transport operations within Thermo Distribution. You are the hub of the network – in close contact with drivers, customers, subcontractors, and colleagues. Here, you handle everything from order placement and route optimization to problem-solving and improvement work on a daily basis.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Planning, coordination, and direction of transports
  • Optimization of routes and load capacity
  • Daily contact with drivers, customers, and partners
  • Follow-up and quality assurance of deliveries
  • Administration and documentation for invoicing
  • Active collaboration with sales, finance, and the terminal

We would prefer if you have:

  • Previous experience from a similar role
  • Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
  • Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing
  • A valid driver's license (Category B)

Previous experience in transport management, preferably within the food industry, is an advantage.
