We are on an exciting journey, transitioning from a smaller owner-led business to building a high-performing organization ready for the future. Over the past five years, we have grown from approximately 60 MSEK to over 140 MSEK in revenue and have been recognized as a "Gasell" (Gazelle) company by Dagens Industri – all while maintaining good profitability and receiving excellent awards from our customers.
For more than 25 years, we have built a stable and thriving company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, short decision-making paths, and a culture where people have the opportunity to develop and make a real impact. We want to create a workplace our employees are proud of – both through our business results and through how we take responsibility for each other, our customers, and our surroundings.
Now, we are looking for you who want to be part of building tomorrow's TJB in the role of Warehouse Associate.
The RoleAs a Warehouse Associate at TJB, you will be part of the warehouse department, which currently consists of four colleagues. On the warehouse floor, you work independently picking and packing orders. Since the same order can be packed in different ways depending on customer requirements, a willingness to develop and collaborate with other colleagues is a key part of the workday. Additionally, you regularly handle the unloading of incoming goods and loading for outgoing deliveries. Furthermore, together with other employees across the company, you have individual responsibility for reporting discrepancies that drive TJB's quality work forward. It is a varied job, and since the company is in a growth phase, there are great opportunities to develop based on your own initiative and competence.
Pick and pack orders
Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming goods
Loading for outgoing deliveries
Handling discrepancies
Maintaining general order on the warehouse floor
We place great emphasis on personal qualities and believe that the right attitude and mindset will take you far. We want to work with people we enjoy working with, who get along well with other colleagues and thrive in a team environment. Therefore, cultural fit is naturally our top priority.
To us, team spirit means giving and taking. You stand up for each other, help out even when a task lies slightly outside the standard job description, and put the team's results before your own. If you have played team sports, you likely recognize this – and we see this as a clear advantage.
This role suits you if you enjoy physical work and sometimes working at a high pace. You take ownership of your tasks and are quality-conscious – you understand that the way you pack and handle materials directly impacts how our customers view TJB as a supplier. A great delivery from you makes the customer a better player in their own field. You are open to feedback and input from your colleagues and contribute yourself to a good and pleasant atmosphere in the company.
We work in the business system Business Central and use handheld devices in the Tasklet system in our daily work. Therefore, you need to be comfortable working with computers and digital systems – this is a prerequisite for success in the role.
We believe that you:
Are passionate about contributing to a good and pleasant workplace, and thrive in a team where there is give and take
Take responsibility and ownership of your tasks
Are quality-conscious and understand how your work affects the customer's perception of TJB

Are comfortable working with computers, digital systems, and handheld devices

A great company culture focused on development, engagement, and growth
Short decision-making paths
Good employment conditions and a competitive salary
