At Randstad, we are now looking for engaged and skilled reach truck drivers for exciting assignments with our clients in Gothenburg. For these positions, we place decisive importance on your previous experience; we are looking for someone who is confident, fast, and possesses high technical skill in truck driving, especially when it comes to handling goods at great heights.

About the role:

As a mobile consultant at Randstad, you will be our expert on-site at our clients' premises. This requires a solid background in warehousing and logistics with the reach truck (B3) as your primary tool. You are accustomed to handling goods in narrow aisles, have good warehouse experience, and thrive in environments where the pace is fast and safety margins are tight.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Extensive experience: Long and documented experience driving reach trucks specifically.
• High precision: Extremely strong safety awareness – you know exactly how to maneuver efficiently in tight spaces and at high elevations.
• Flexibility: The ability to quickly adapt to new warehouse systems, routines, and different types of reach trucks.
• Work ethic: A professional attitude and the drive to always deliver high quality.

Your main responsibilities:

• Reach truck operation: Safe and efficient handling, loading and unloading of goods in high-bay warehouses.
• Handling inbound and outbound deliveries as well as replenishment of picking stations.
• Optimizing warehouse flow where your experience as a driver minimizes error margins.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• A valid truck license with B3 entitlement (Reach Truck) is an absolute requirement (A+B otherwise).
• Documented and fresh experience with reach truck operation in high-bay warehouse environments.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Good physical fitness, as other warehouse tasks and some lifting are involved.
