Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for experienced warehouse staff with good forklift experience for our clients in Borås. This role is suitable for you who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment where quality, precision, and teamwork are in focus. You will work with varied tasks within warehousing and logistics, where forklift operation constitutes a large part of the daily work. Therefore, we are looking for you who have good experience with both reach trucks (B3) and high-level order pickers (B4) and feel confident operating both types of forklifts. Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing of orders
• Stowing and replenishment of goods
• Forklift operation with reach trucks (B3) and high-level order pickers (B4)
• Handling of incoming and outgoing goods
• Contribute to order and structure in warehouse operations
• Support other parts of the warehouse as needed

• Have documented experience with reach trucks (B3) and high-level order pickers (B4)
• Have previous experience in warehouse work, preferably in picking and packing
• Are precise, responsible, and work in a structured manner
• Thrive in a high work pace and with physical work
• Are flexible and have good teamwork skills
• Can work both independently and together with others

• Scope: Full-time
• Start: Immediately or as agreed

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience in warehouse work and forklift operation and who thrive in a work environment where quality, high pace, and teamwork are in focus. You are responsible, precise, and work in a structured manner. As a person, you are flexible, have a positive attitude, and contribute to a good team spirit. Requirements:

• Valid forklift license and at least one year of documented forklift experience
• At least six months of documented experience with reach trucks (B3) and high-level order pickers (B4)
• Previous experience from warehouses, terminals, or similar operations
• Good computer skills and experience working in business or warehouse systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• High school education or equivalent
