About the Job
Do you have experience with remediation work, or are you looking to try something new and not afraid to get your hands dirty? The clients are primarily focused on industrial remediation.

You have the ability to take initiative and make decisions to solve, develop, and optimize your work, both internally and on-site with customers. You must be able to work both independently and in a team.

You should be physically strong, not afraid to dig in or get "dirt under your fingernails," as the work is physically demanding and requires good fitness. You must be able to work with breathing apparatus, in confined spaces, and at heights. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

Responsibilities
Your tasks involve traveling to our customers' sites to perform the remediation services the company offers. You will also be responsible for maintaining and repairing work tools and vehicles. As an employee, you are expected to be solution-oriented and able to handle customer issues on-site. Shift work, overtime, weekend work, and travel with overnight stays are part of the role.

The client company is based in Falkenberg, but a significant portion of the work is carried out throughout Halland and the surrounding areas. Overtime and occasional overnight stays during travel are included.

Formal Qualifications
- Experience from demolition, remediation, and construction is a plus.
- Valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
- Good language skills in Swedish (spoken and written).
- Experience with heavy remediation or industrial work is a plus.
- Forklift license, lift license, hot work certification, fall protection, and SSG Entré are meritorious but not mandatory.

Start Date: Immediately or as agreed.
