Glasklart Window Cleaning is growing rapidly and is now looking for an Operations Manager who wants to be a key figure in our continued development. We are looking for someone who thrives on leading people, creating structure, and being part of the daily operations.

We are based in Varberg, but today we have employees from Trollhättan in the north to Malmö in the south. The role therefore involves a combination of working from our office in Varberg and traveling to our various teams in the field.

About the Role

As an Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations together with our window cleaners. You will coach, support, and develop our employees to ensure high quality, efficiency, and satisfied customers.

The role is operational, which means you will also work out in the field when needed. You will learn our window cleaning methods and then train new employees, ensure quality control, and help our teams develop.

You will become an important link between management and staff and will have great opportunities to influence how we work moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support our employees in their daily work.
• Introduce and train new window cleaners.
• Monitor quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Help our teams develop and work smarter.
• Plan and prioritize daily operations together with the office.
• Visit our different work areas and be close to the staff.
• Jump in and work practically on-site with customers when needed.
• Contribute new ideas and suggestions for improvement to develop the business.

Experience in window cleaning is not a requirement. We will train you in our methods so that you can become a role model for our employees and help them develop.
