Ringhals is seeking personnel for MIAB to work within the energy sector during maintenance periods. As a cleaner, you will plan, execute, follow up, and ensure the quality of cleaning in your assigned area during ongoing maintenance work. The role involves customer contact, which places high demands on a service-oriented attitude with care, which is also MIAB's motto.

The customer operates a facility 24 hours a day, so you must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends. This implies a rotating shift schedule.

Swedish language skills are mandatory, including the ability to speak, read, and communicate using simple language.

The customer operates a security-classified facility, so all candidates will need to undergo a security clearance. See more information below regarding what this entails.

Maintenance work is scheduled from week 36 to week 42.

About You

You are quality-conscious, orderly, responsible, and positive. You work well both individually and in a team. We are looking for you who have experience in cleaning. SRY (Swedish Cleaning Industry Certificate) or equivalent education is meritorious.

Competencies

Professional certificate SRY or PRYL certificate (meritorious)

Experience working in protected facilities (meritorious)

Important Information!

This is a security-classified facility, so all candidates will undergo a background check.

What does security clearance mean?

The customer's facility is a protected object, and anyone working there must undergo a security clearance before employment begins.

A security clearance consists of several steps:

• You need to submit certificates/grades that verify what you have done over the last five years and provide two references.
• Security Interview. During the security interview, we will review what you have done over the last five years, your financial situation, your family situation, and other relevant aspects for security-classified work.
• As a final step in the security clearance, a register check is sent. This is conducted by SÄPO (Swedish Security Service) for persons placed in security classes in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
