MIAB is currently looking for a Team Leader for our growing area in Halmstad, where we are expanding our operations with more customers and employees.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning, executing, following up on, and ensuring the quality of cleaning services in your assigned area. You manage staffing, including recruiting substitutes when needed, and ensure that both customers and staff have a positive and productive workday.

The role involves close customer contact, which places high demands on your sense of service and care – values that are central to MIAB.

You will also perform cleaning tasks when necessary to ensure delivery quality. You will work closely with colleagues in similar roles and report to the Operations Manager.

Since you travel between different customer sites, you must hold a driver's license for manual transmission vehicles and drive in a safe and responsible manner.

The job also includes administration in our internal systems, requiring good computer literacy.

Language Requirements: Fluent Swedish in speaking, writing, and comprehension.

About You:

You are quality-conscious, organized, responsible, and have a positive attitude towards work. You thrive both working independently and in a team. We are looking for someone with experience in cleaning services who holds certifications in SRY, Pryl, or INSTA 800. Leadership training is a plus.
