We are currently looking for an Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, your responsibilities include:

• Leading, planning, and distributing work among employees on-site.
• Solving problems that arise in daily operations.
• Reporting operational status to the client.
• Invoicing and approving incoming invoices.
• Winter standby duties.

We are looking for you who are self-motivated and responsible. You need to be social, positive, and service-oriented as you have close contact with our customers.

Meritorious experience or education: Within civil engineering/construction (mark/anlägg), e.g., water/sewage (VA), paving, stone setting, or carpentry.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
• You must be able to communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
