You act as the hub in the contracting process, creating structure, clarity, and trust in the dialogue with customers, clients, and other stakeholders. An important part of the assignment is to actively work with contract law and ensure correct handling of contracts, changes, and allocation of responsibilities throughout all phases of the project. The role is aimed at you who want to take broad responsibility where technology, business acumen, and legal understanding work together in everyday life.
Responsibilities and main tasks
- Plan, lead, and follow up on projects based on time, economics, and quality
- Ensure that projects are driven according to agreements and relevant contract terms (AB 04 and ABT 06)
- Draw up, interpret, and follow up on contracts and handle the commercial terms of the contract

- Work systematically with both occupational health and environmental issues within the framework of the projects
To succeed in the role, you have experience of project or contract management within installation, construction, or technical services, as well as an engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
You have a good understanding of contract forms, agreements, and project economics and feel confident working in a business-like manner in a project environment.
We also believe that you have documented and practically applied experience of AB 04 and/or ABT 06, including the ability to handle contractual legal issues such as additional work, contract interpretation, and change management.
Furthermore, you have very good communication skills and are accustomed to building long-term relationships with customers and partners. You have a natural ability to coordinate several actors and drive projects forward towards common goals.
A driver's license (Category B) and fluent Swedish in speech and writing are requirements for the position, which is located in Timrå.
It is meritorious if you have technical education in electricity, installation, or construction, as well as experience of complex contracts with many stakeholders. Experience with business systems, project tools, and digital project documentation is also seen as an advantage.
You are a clear and secure person who inspires trust in both customer and production environments. You work in a structured and meticulous manner while having a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. You thrive in a role with many contact surfaces and have an egalitarian attitude towards collaboration. Your business-minded thinking allows you to handle agreements and changes in a professional and balanced way.
