Experienced CNC Operators in Milling & Turning sought by Industriqompetens

Industriqompetens works to give industrial companies in the Mälardalen region the best possible conditions for development through staffing, recruitment, and the right competence in the right place. We are now looking for experienced CNC operators in both milling and turning for assignments with our customers in the manufacturing industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Independently set up, rig, and operate CNC-controlled milling and turning machines.
  • Read and interpret drawings, as well as perform measurements and quality controls to ensure that products meet established requirements.

We are looking for you who

  • Have relevant education or documented work experience as a CNC operator in milling or turning.
  • Have good knowledge of reading drawings and measurement techniques.
  • Have experience in setting up and adjusting CNC machines.
  • Are structured, responsible, and quality-conscious.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Enjoy working both independently and in a team.
  • Like changing workplaces occasionally.
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Are proficient in computer use.
  • Experience with CNC programming is an advantage.

We normally start with a fixed-term employment so that both you and we get a chance to get to know each other properly before potentially moving on to a permanent position with IQ or one of our client companies. You receive a fixed monthly salary and other benefits according to the Technical Agreement, which is the collective agreement that we and most of our customers are affiliated with.
