About the Machine Operator Role

Do you want to work in a modern production environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are in focus? We are now looking for engaged and responsible machine operators who want to become part of our team.

As a machine operator, you are responsible for monitoring, setting up, and running production machines. You ensure that production maintains high quality and that work is carried out according to current procedures and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control production machines
• Set up and adjust machines during product changes
• Perform quality controls and documentation
• Troubleshoot and rectify minor operational disruptions
• Perform ongoing maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Contribute to order, safety, and improvement work in production

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience working in industry or production (meritorious)
• Is technically interested and has good problem-solving skills
• Is meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Has good teamwork skills but can also work independently
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Has a forklift license or other relevant education (meritorious)

You should be someone who likes pace, finds it easy to collaborate, and is willing to step in where needed – this will be a startup phase with all that entails!

Employment Type

• Full-time
• 2-shift system
• Start date according to agreement
