About the job

Matsman Montage is growing and needs more installers. You will install glass panels, facade glass, railings, doors, and windows according to drawings, working together with an experienced team.

Important to know right away: This is a traveling job. Around 90% of our projects are out in the country with overnight stays – we are rarely in Örebro. You will start from your own home location; we do not have an office where you check in, and weeks are planned based on where the projects are located. If you are not comfortable being away for long periods, this is not the right job for you.

Practical work, high tempo, and mutual support. We care about two things: getting it done right and doing it safely.

Requirements

• Experience in installation within glass, aluminum, or construction
• Category B driver's license
• No issues with heights, lifts, or scaffolding
• The mindset to work away from home for most of the week

Additional benefits

Experience with Sapa, Schüco, Wicona, or Reynaers. Training in lifts, fall protection, hot work, safe lifting, or traverses. Background in glazing. Category BE driver's license.

We are a stable, growing installation company with roots in Örebro and approximately 15 installers spread across the country. Flat organization – close contact between installer and management, no unnecessary layers. Solid equipment, varied projects, and colleagues who know their jobs.
