About You

We are now looking for a Baker & Pastry Chef for assignments at a large ICA store north of Gothenburg.

We are looking for you who have education or documented experience from a bakery and/or pastry shop. To be considered for the position, we are looking for someone who is used to working according to clear routines and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In the bakery, you will work together with the store's own staff, which requires good teamwork and communication skills.

Bread, buns, pastries, and cakes are produced from scratch on the department – this is therefore not a bake-off bakery. If you primarily have experience with bread baking, that is also interesting, as tasks can be adapted within the team.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience from a bakery or pastry shop

• Can work independently and in a structured manner

• Speak and understand Swedish fluently

• Enjoy early mornings and teamwork

Documented experience of working in a bakery is meritorious. Education in bakery/pastry is also meritorious.

Working Hours

The working hours are primarily:

• 05:00–14:00 Alternatively:

• 08:00–17:00

The work is scheduled on weekdays and may also include weekends later in the summer.

Scope and Start Date

The position is filled immediately, and you will be employed by Bemannica AB and work as a consultant for the client. The scope is part-time/as needed.

For the right candidate, there are very good opportunities for more shifts and extension during the summer.
