We are growing and are now looking for new team members for the autumn.
We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in chocolate and want to join our journey to continue creating the world's best chocolate (the Academy of Chocolate named our chocolate the best in the world in 2021).
You should be meticulous and efficient, and able to work both independently and in a team. You should also have knowledge of basic hygiene in food handling.
Since we are a small team, we help each other with all tasks. The job duties include all production steps from receiving raw materials to packing and delivery. Among other things: sorting beans, roasting, winnowing, production, tempering, and product development. We also arrange factory tours/tastings and participate in trade fairs and other events.
We manufacture chocolate from scratch here in our small factory in Mölndal, on a small scale and in a craft manner. We use only pure and authentic ingredients and add no unnecessary additives. All ingredients are also eco-certified - simply better for people and better for the environment. We always start with the cocoa bean when making our chocolate (also known as bean-to-bar). We first roast the beans gently before stone-milling them together with the other ingredients until the taste and mouthfeel are optimal.
