Looking for ambitious Pastry Chef/Baker for historic micro-bakery in Mölndal

Pastry Chef/Baker
Through this position, we are looking for a colleague, an ambitious aspirant who will work two weeks in the bakery and one week in the pastry department. For the right person, this is a very free role regarding development and future prospects. At the same time, it is a significant responsibility where the individual must have the ability to maintain high quality while managing operations with all that entails. The working hours are approximately 90%, with work every third weekend.

- We are a company active within the SBK Bakery Association. We enjoy participating in competitions and would like our staff to hold Journeyman certificates and have a vision for a Master Baker certificate in the future, as well as a passion for development.
Requirements:
We are looking for a baker/pastry chef who has broad knowledge and a hunger for the bakery profession. When working weekends, you also handle cake production in the pastry department, which means you should be experienced in the pastry side. Hygiene, planning, and systematic work are seen as a matter of course.
Start Date:
Immediately or by July 2026. Applications are processed immediately as we will be interviewing aspirants continuously this summer.
The position is 90%.

We are a local, historic micro-bakery located in Mölndal, a southern suburb of Gothenburg. My colleague Henning and I, Johan, took over the business in November 2018 with a turnover of 3.2 million. Over 5 years, we have grown with our amazing colleagues to a turnover of up to 10 million. We are now entering a new, exciting 3-year phase with many changes ahead.
