You will work in a well-equipped wood and metal workshop with good access to materials, as we know that a well-functioning craft operation requires the right conditions – something we prioritize highly.

We are looking for someone who wants to inspire and awaken students' curiosity for craftsmanship, creation, and problem-solving through the craft subject.

You will teach 80% at Sollebrunn School and 20% at Stora Mellby.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a creative and practical teaching environment where the craft subject plays an important role in students' learning and development.

As a wood and metal craft teacher, you inspire students to explore materials, techniques, and their own ideas through practical creation. You follow the students' processes from the first sketch to the finished product and help them develop both craft knowledge, problem-solving skills, and confidence in their own creativity.

The position includes planning, teaching, and assessment, as well as responsibility for creating a safe, secure, and well-functioning craft operation. You work closely with colleagues and school leadership and have the opportunity to influence and develop teaching together with us.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• Teaching certification with authorization in crafts
• Category B driver's license
