We are looking for staff for our shift organization within glass manufacturing. We work according to a shift schedule that involves longer periods of leave interspersed with a number of shift duties. The role includes training as a machine operator, but initially, you will likely work in various different roles and serve as a backup for the machines.

You will receive all the training you need internally, and there are great opportunities for development within the company.

We value work experience, preferably in industry, that you live within commuting distance, and that you are interested in being part of a team with clear responsibilities.

You have a high school diploma, preferably with a technical and/or practical focus. Above all, we see the willingness to learn as most important, and we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

You are in good physical shape, are computer literate, and are proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing. A driver’s license and car are required if you do not live in the immediate area.

The position is full-time, on a shift schedule. Salary according to collective agreement.
