Bakery Assistant for Gluten-Free Bakery
The role covers all typical tasks in a small, artisanal gluten-free bakery. You will participate in the baking process by mixing natural gluten-free flours, preparing doughs, shaping, and baking bread and buns. You will also pack and label finished products, as well as maintain order in the storage and work areas. In the shop, you will greet customers, stock shelves, and provide service. Cleaning and dishwashing are a natural part of the job. The role requires attention to detail, an understanding of allergens, and a willingness to learn the craft.
Since the work often involves independent tasks, you must be confident in taking responsibility, following routines, and showing initiative.
