About the role

In the role of Engraver and Customer Receptionist, you play a central part with a varied daily routine. You are our face to the customers while simultaneously being the one who, together with colleagues, actually creates the finished products.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in the store, as well as answering questions and taking orders via phone and email.
• Preparing originals and performing engraving on a wide variety of materials and products.
• Some responsibility for inventory levels and purchasing.
• Contributing your own ideas to develop our daily routines and drive the company forward.

Please note that we experience periods of high workload and many balls in the air.

About the position and employment type

The position is a full-time temporary assignment. You would start with us as soon as possible after week 35, with an introduction and training period. The temporary contract runs until August 31, 2027. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities for permanent employment if everything goes well and we get along.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Good computer skills: You feel comfortable in digital environments and easily adapt to new systems and programs.
• High social competence: You are motivated by providing warm, professional, and solution-oriented customer service.
• A strong desire to learn: You are unpretentious and curious; we will teach you everything you need to know about machines, software, and engraving on-site!
• Very good Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Stress resistance and the ability to juggle many tasks simultaneously without things becoming chaotic.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Previous experience with graphic software. We work daily in CorelDRAW and Lightburn.
• A natural drive and an interest in building smart routines and developing the business as a whole.
• An interest in sports and club life.

You will become part of a tight-knit and unpretentious team of 6-8 people where we pitch in where needed and support each other. We have a collective agreement with Handels and offer a wellness allowance for everyone's well-being. We strive to have activities that create good cohesion and community.

Salary according to collective agreement.
