We are looking for you if you want meaningful work and want to make a difference in the daily life of a young man.

Our client is a 26-year-old man who loves life and is now seeking new positive forces for his assistance team. He is a happy, curious person who enjoys being active and experiencing things. He can walk short distances, but his energy levels vary. When he is tired, he needs to sit and rest in his wheelchair or be pushed in it when you go out on adventures.

During weekdays, he attends day activities, but in his free time, he enjoys finding fun things to do. He loves going to concerts, the cinema, swimming, and more, but he also appreciates relaxing at home as he is very home-loving.

Due to his significant medical needs and other disabilities, he relies on your help to live his life exactly as he wishes.

He hears everything you say but cannot speak, which means you should speak clear Swedish. You also communicate using sign language and picture supports. You are good at reading body language and are curious to learn his way of communicating back.

We are looking for someone who is respectful, sensitive, flexible, and able to adapt your work to the client's needs.
