About Villa Roos Park

Villa Roos Park is located in a prime location in Staffanstorp, by the beautiful Roos Pond. Here we have built an inviting, airy architecture in harmony with the natural surroundings.

• We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that everyone who works here is trained in dementia and interaction via Vardaga's Dementia Academy.

• We apply a needs-based preference schedule. This means that as an employee, you have the opportunity to influence your own working hours, based on needs and wishes. We create schedules for 5 weeks at a time.

• We have a collaboration with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to add extra value to the lives of our residents.

• You have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operations. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a care assistant.

• Here we work with animals in care and have regular visits from therapy dogs.

As a care assistant, you are extremely important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their way of life and habits. You see every person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about nursing, aging, and how to interact with people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We would like you to be a trained care assistant and have worked for a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
