The lovely Kattegatt Clinic is located in the very pleasant southern district of Halmstad, a unique environment just a stone's throw from the sea and forest, yet close to the city center.

Information about the workplace

Here we are a cheerful team responsible for approximately 6,500 listed patients within the framework of Vårdval Halland. We believe it is a just-right size for a health center as we can offer all competencies under one roof, while not being too large to be perceived as impersonal. On the contrary, it is our guiding star to be able to offer personalized care with the patient at the center.

The clinic was completed in 2016 in an old printing press building and retains some old charm, but internally it is like new with exceptionally good functionality.

Job Responsibilities

The duties include standard reception work, possibly Child Health Care (BVC), and home care. We have a digital platform that we think works well. We work in the medical record system Cosmic.

We run weekend clinics ourselves, which we see as a great advantage, both for patients and staff.

If you are interested in becoming an operating responsible co-owner and having the opportunity to lead and develop a business, there may be a chance for that in the future.

Qualifications

Specialist in General Practice is a requirement, and some experience is naturally a plus, but we also welcome those who are at the end of their specialist training (ST) and are eager for an exciting and developing task.

Fluent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

You are medically competent and self-reliant, but you are also a team player and enjoy working in a team around the patient. Enjoying the work group and having everyone contribute to creating a good work environment is important. Therefore, we place great value on your social competence. Here, everyone helps each other, which creates a sense of community that is so important for the final result: good care.

The employment degree is full-time, but we are open to discussion regarding this.
