Do you want to work with issues that make a difference in people's daily lives and contribute to safe and sustainable living environments? We are now looking for a social housing caseworker who wants to help develop our work within social sustainability, housing issues, and law.

About the role:

In this position, you work with complex social housing cases where you combine professional handling with structure, collaboration, and legal understanding. You process cases such as disturbance issues, unpaid rents, sanitary matters, and investigations related to incorrect population registration or suspected benefit fraud. You represent the company in the Rent Tribunal and provide support to our property managers in social and legal matters that arise in daily operations.

A key part of the assignment is to collaborate with the municipality, social services, authorities, and other property owners to find sustainable solutions for both the individual and the living environment. The role also involves process leadership responsibilities where you coordinate, develop, and follow up on work with disturbance cases to ensure an efficient and legally secure working method throughout the organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in areas such as law, sociology, pedagogy, or other relevant fields, or equivalent experience that we assess as comparable. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, are accustomed to handling documentation, and can understand, interpret, and apply legislation. Experience working with socially vulnerable groups, housing issues, or process leadership is advantageous. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

You work in a structured and independent manner while collaborating well with others. You are development-oriented and see opportunities to improve working methods and processes to create even better results. You have a strategic approach and the ability to see the big picture, while also being able to translate goals and guidelines into practical work.
