Your role
As an Assembly Leader in our mechanical workshop, you will become an important part of the work involved in building and developing our production equipment. You will be part of a team of approximately ten colleagues and work closely with designers, production engineers, and maintenance mechanics.
The role combines practical work with coordination, where you participate in the assembly of new machines while following up on and driving project work forward.
How you contribute to us
- Assembles and tests new machines according to drawings and specifications
- Sets up, adjusts, and rigs machines in the workshop
- Coordinates assembly work in projects and follows up on schedules and deliveries
- Reads and interprets drawings and works with mechanics and pneumatics
- Contributes to the development and efficiency of production processes, for example within ergonomics, quality, and material flow
- Collaborates closely with other functions to ensure high quality and progress
Your qualifications
- Relevant education or experience within workshop, assembly, or mechanics
- Experience in building and assembling machines
- Good technical understanding and experience in reading drawings
- Practical experience with manual machines
- Knowledge in areas such as turning, milling, 3D printing, wire EDM, or preparation is meritorious
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
