You will work within our business area Hardware & Design, where we combine broad engineering competence with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach – to develop physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to mass production.

Job Responsibilities

Here, you become part of a team with broad technical competence where we solve complex challenges together across several engineering fields. As a consultant, you work primarily at our customers' sites, contributing your expertise to their development projects and operations. The assignments vary in scope and content, and depending on your skills, experience, and interests, you will work in one or more of the following areas:

• Mechanical design
• Production development/process development
• Systems engineering
• Project management/Tech Lead

Qualifications

To fit the role, we believe you enjoy working in projects, often in complex production environments, have an ability to work with a continuous improvement mindset, and like having various contact surfaces. As a person, you are unpretentious, curious, and flexible. To succeed in the role, you also have:

• Curiosity about/awareness of the consultant role
• Experience working in manufacturing industry, preferably production-related
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English

Since some of our assignments are subject to defense secrecy, a security clearance may be required for the assignment.

Practical Information

This is a permanent position, located at our office in central Örebro, Drottninggatan 23. Business travel to our customers may occur. Start date is as soon as possible or as agreed.
