We are looking for an experienced arborist ready to take the next step

Do you want to continue working with trees – but also help develop one of Sweden's most expanding arborist operations?

Kultes Gård operates one of the largest arborist businesses in Skaraborg, with assignments covering large parts of Västra Götaland, Närke, Östergötland, and Jönköping County.

We handle everything from advanced tree felling and pruning to stump grinding, tree care plans, and the development of green cultural environments. At the same time, our business continues to grow and evolve.

We are now looking for an experienced arborist for a key role in the company.

More than just an arborist job

For the right person, this position involves much more than practical work.

You will still be part of the daily work out with our customers, but the role may also include:

1. planning of work and resources
2. team leadership for several arborist teams
3. customer visits and quotation work
4. advice on tree care
5. development of tree care plans
6. development of the business together with the company's management.

The role is largely shaped by your experience and strengths.

Perhaps you are a certified arborist and want to work more strategically. Perhaps you enjoy customer contact and business development. Or perhaps you have discovered that you appreciate planning and leadership just as much as climbing trees.

Meritorious qualifications

1. Certified arborist
2. Experience in team leadership
3. Experience in quotation work and customer contact
4. Experience with tree care plans
5. Category BE driving license
