In September, we are opening a brand new pulmonary medicine ward, and you will have the opportunity to help launch a new operation from the ground up!

We are looking for three nursing assistants with an interest in pulmonary care who want to help shape the future of our ward.

Your Workplace

As the medical clinic gains access to a newly renovated ward this autumn, you will have the chance to help start a new operation from scratch. As a nursing assistant, you will have the opportunity to help develop future care for pulmonary patients. You will play a central role in the operation and help shape a team-based approach where patient needs are prioritized. Since the operation is new, it is important that we are flexible, responsive, and willing to try new things.

Your Responsibilities

Your duties as a nursing assistant include everything from basic care to advanced care such as sample collection, wound dressing, catheter changes, and monitoring vital parameters. Pulmonary care is a technically advanced specialty, requiring an interest in handling medical technology equipment from a care perspective.

As a nursing assistant, you will encounter patients with varying care needs, making the job exciting and varied. You will work in a team together with other nursing assistants and nurses.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant, preferably with experience in pulmonary care or other specialized healthcare. You have good knowledge of Swedish and preferably also English. You are a secure and stable person with good judgment, good teamwork skills, and a respectful and professional attitude towards both patients and colleagues.
