About Us

Capio Movement is a specialist unit focused on diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system. Within this unit, expertise in rheumatology, orthopedics, and radiology is combined to offer patients cohesive care with high medical quality.

Capio Movement Rheumatology provides specialist care on behalf of Region Halland and is responsible for the investigation, treatment, and rehabilitation of inflammatory rheumatic diseases throughout Halland. The unit operates in both Halmstad and Varberg and works in multiprofessional teams consisting of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.

The unit is characterized by high competence, stable staffing, and close collaboration between different professions. At the same time, the unit is facing an exciting period of continued development, efficiency improvements, and strategic work related to future healthcare agreements with Region Halland.

Your Role

As the Head of Operations, you have overall responsibility for leading and developing Capio Movement Rheumatology in Halmstad and Varberg. You are responsible for the unit's quality, results, and long-term development, while ensuring that the operations are conducted in accordance with agreements and high quality standards.

The role involves close collaboration with unit managers, the Medical Director (MLA), and other professions within the unit. You will become a key link between the unit and Region Halland and will contribute to strategic work regarding future contracting and procurement processes.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the unit according to Capio's strategy, values, and quality goals
  • Ensure high healthcare quality, patient safety, and good accessibility
  • Responsible for the unit's results, economy, and goal fulfillment
  • Create good collaboration between the unit's different professions and departments
  • Support and develop unit managers in their assignments
  • Ensure compliance with laws, agreements, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Represent the unit in dialogue with Region Halland and other external partners
  • Contribute to future contracting and procurement work

About You

We are looking for you who have experience of managerial or leadership roles within healthcare and who are accustomed to combining business development with responsibility for quality, economy, and employees. You have an inclusive leadership style and build trust through dialogue, collaboration, and clarity.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Experience of personnel and result responsibility
  • Good understanding of healthcare regulations, governance, and quality work
  • Experience of budgeting and business follow-up
  • Ability to create engagement and development through others

Meritorious experience includes specialist care, internal medicine, or primary care, as well as experience in business development, change management, or collaboration with regions and public employers.
