About the role

Allegio Omsorg is a family-owned care company with a mission to make a difference. We provide care and services through municipal care decisions (biståndsbeslut) or as RUT services (tax-deductible household services). We are nothing without our skilled employees!

Competence is important – therefore, we maintain a high level of education among our staff, with a special focus on dementia care. We are constantly working on developing our operations and ensure quality assurance through measures such as internal controls.

The name Allegio comes from the Latin word Legio, meaning "selected crew" – this is the motto by which we work: we know we offer the best services when we have the best and most dedicated employees!

We provide care and services to our customers through municipal care decisions or as RUT services. Based on the customer's needs, we ensure the creation of a secure service tailored to individual needs and preferences. We work actively with permanent care contacts and, to best meet our customers' needs and routines, we prioritize small work teams with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations – we can always get better.

Job Responsibilities

As an employee, you are responsible for carrying out approved care interventions. These duties include, among other things, support and assistance with meals, hygiene, mobility, and activation. Your role also involves supporting customers as necessary and strengthening their ability to live independently. You will work Monday–Friday during daytime hours, with all public holidays off.

Qualifications

  • Commitment and interest in the target group (elderly/disabled).
  • You are meticulous and hold yourself to high standards of work.
  • You are service-oriented, stable, empathetic, loyal, and have good judgment.
  • You have the ability to collaborate with colleagues and customers.
  • You can take initiative and work independently.
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Completed nursing assistant education (undersköterska).
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Valid driver's license.

Please send us your CV and a cover letter explaining why you would be a good fit for this role. Recruitment is ongoing, so please do not delay your application.

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) will be requested before any employment offer is made.
