This position is a direct hire, meaning the recruitment process takes place through Bravura and you will be employed directly by Medarca.

Through innovative digital solutions, the company helps both public and private organizations create safer working environments, streamline processes, and reduce administration.

The company is in an exciting growth phase with several product areas under development and new innovations heading to market. At the office in Malmö, a small, dedicated team with high technical competence and a strong customer focus works today.

Responsibilities
  • Installation, service, and maintenance of the company's solutions at customer sites.

  • Troubleshooting and support for both hardware and software.

  • Handling and follow-up of service cases.

  • Contributing to the development and improvement of products, processes, and working methods.

  • Collaboration with sales, product development, and other internal functions.

  • Customer training and technical advisory.

  • Travel to customers, primarily in Skåne, but also other parts of Sweden as needed.

Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes
  • Experience in technical support, service engineering, or a similar technical role.

  • Good knowledge of both hardware and software.

  • Valid driver's license (Category B).

  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Experience with procurement processes is a plus.

  • Experience from the technology, IT, or healthcare industries is a plus.

You are someone who thrives on solving problems, takes significant personal responsibility, and works independently while always keeping the customer and service in focus. Through your solution-oriented approach and commitment, you contribute to creating a positive customer experience and driving the work forward.

Salary: According to agreement
