We are looking for a Production Engineer or an experienced Production Technician for a consultancy assignment in Ludvika, starting in August.

The Assignment

Operational support to production combined with improvement work in a lean-oriented environment. The focus is on securing capacity, optimizing flows, and developing working methods.

Responsibilities:

• Support production in daily operations
• Conduct time studies and balance production flows
• Drive improvement initiatives and efficiency measures
• Develop and implement standardized working methods
• Participate in smaller projects
• Collaborate with production, quality, R&D, and design

Requirements

• Technical university degree and at least 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing

Or

• Other technical education combined with extensive experience from a relevant production environment
• Experience in practical production work
• Good command of English, both spoken and written

Merits

• Experience in assembly
• Lean, process development, or production optimization
• Time studies and flow balancing
• SAP and/or MES

Profile

Self-motivated and structured, with the ability to drive improvements in a production environment.

Duration: 6 to 8 months
