Do you want to make a difference for a student and contribute to increased independence and inclusion? We are now looking for 1–2 activation pedagogues who will support a student in grades 4–6 throughout the school day in smaller settings and help them train to be included with their classmates.

The role of activation pedagogue with us

As an activation pedagogue at Kollaskolan, you work alternately with colleagues to support a student where the focus is on creating structure, security, and motivation. Your task is to support the student in participating in school activities, training to become more independent, and developing social skills to be included in the class community. You collaborate with other staff and guardians to create the best possible conditions for the student.

Your profile

To succeed in the role, you need to be flexible, solution-focused, and willing to think outside the box to find new ways forward. You are clear in your approach and can create structure and security. You have a creative attitude and see opportunities where others see obstacles. You have good cooperation skills and express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Personal suitability is highly valued.

We are looking for someone who:

• is educated as an activation pedagogue, social pedagogue, or holds another education that the employer deems equivalent
• has experience working with children with special needs in primary school age

It is meritorious if you have:

• work experience in clarifying pedagogy, low-affective approach, or work with children with neuropsychiatric disabilities

Our offer and other information

We offer 1-2 fixed-term positions with 75-100% employment, with an appointment on August 13th as agreed, extending over the autumn term of 2026, with the possibility of extension.
