As an Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator in one of Sweden's largest construction projects, you will have a central role in driving and developing systematic occupational health and safety work on-site. Your responsibilities also include environmental issues. This is a job where your contribution truly makes a difference – every day, out in the field. You will work closely with production and other project functions regarding safety rounds, statistics, risk assessments, incident management, and preventive occupational health and environmental initiatives. You lead and participate in meetings, and produce instructions and presentation materials. It is about creating a strong and vibrant safety culture where people thrive, perform well, and go home safe every day. With a physical presence on the construction site and close collaboration with the client and all project functions, you help build both structure and culture. Your profile as Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator We are looking for you who have experience from larger projects – preferably within construction or industry – where you have worked practically with occupational health and environmental issues. You have relevant education or equivalent knowledge through professional experience and are confident in taking ownership of your area. You are accustomed to driving issues independently and joining projects at an early stage where you get to develop and implement processes. At the same time, the work takes place in clear collaboration with the client and other professional roles in complex environments. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, and have the ability to communicate clearly and engagingly, both in conversations and presentations.
