About the role

As a Project Engineer within Region North, you will become an integral part of IVAB's largest department. Here, a broad group consisting of project management, service management, fitters, and specialists work together to deliver high-quality installations to our customers.

In this role, you work closely with project managers and production, with a specific responsibility for creating structure, quality, and progress in our projects. You are involved throughout the entire process – from inquiry to final delivery – and serve as a technical and administrative support in both smaller and more complex contracts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing technical documentation and specifications at both technical and economic levels
• Setting internal goals together with the rest of the organization that meet customer expectations
• Coordinating technical issues with consultants, suppliers, and project teams
• Ensuring quality, documentation, and self-control
• Monitoring project economics and contributing to analyses
• Participating in tenders and technical selections
• Attending meetings and collaborating with customers and designers

Travel is required for this position.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a technical interest who wants to develop within project operations in the HVAC industry. You are a person who thrives in a coordinating role where you can combine technology, structure, and collaboration.

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. You find it easy to collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders and contribute to order and progress in projects.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in HVAC, construction, energy, or equivalent technical education
• Experience or interest in HVAC, installation, or construction projects
• Good computer skills and experience working with digital tools
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Personal suitability will be given great weight.

Merits:

• Experience from contracting projects or design work
• Knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., Säker Vatten)
• Experience with project economics or document management
