About the Role

Are you looking for a meaningful and well-paid assignment this summer? We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled assistant nurse (undersköterska) for an assignment within municipal healthcare and social services (HSL).

Your Responsibilities

In the role of an HSL assistant nurse, you will work independently based on given instructions, routines, and delegated tasks. You will become a vital link in the team and work closely with the responsible nurse to ensure patient-safe care.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Receiving full medication delegation and performing medication-related interventions according to current routines.
• Relieving the nurse by independently performing sample collection, wound dressing changes, checks, and follow-ups.
• Being responsible for accurate and correct documentation and reporting changes in health status to the nurse.
• Independently prioritizing your tasks within the scope of your assignment.

Qualifications

To succeed and thrive in this assignment, you need to have a strong professional identity and good experience with municipal healthcare and social services.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified assistant nurse with a recognized title/certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• Has good familiarity and practical experience working within municipal healthcare and social services (HSL).
• Can receive full medication delegation and perform basic medical procedures (sample collection, wound care, etc.).
• Is confident in documentation and has good knowledge of the Swedish language (both spoken and written) for safe communication and reporting.
• Has good collaboration skills, is responsible, and has a genuine patient-safe approach to work.
