Do you want to work with advanced technical systems and contribute to the development of future maintenance solutions? We are now looking for a Maintenance Engineer for a high-tech operation where analysis, system understanding, and collaboration are in focus.

About the role

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will analyze, plan, and develop maintenance solutions for complex products within the aerospace and defense industry. The role involves close collaboration with designers, test engineers, production, and technicians to ensure that systems can be maintained efficiently throughout their entire lifecycle.

You will work with technical analyses, maintenance preparation, and documentation while participating in the development of new working methods and maintenance concepts. This role is suitable for you who want to combine structure and analysis with practical engineering work and who appreciate working close to the business operations.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance preparations and technical maintenance analyses.
• Participate in analyses related to, for example, OIM and other technical investigations.
• Create, develop, and update technical documentation, maintenance manuals, and instructions.
• Collaborate with design, test, production, and other technical functions to develop effective maintenance solutions.
• Contribute to improvement work and the development of working methods within the maintenance field.
• Participate in technical investigations and contribute system understanding to development projects.
• Ensure that maintenance solutions meet requirements for quality, reliability, and availability.

We are looking for you who

We believe you are an engineer with experience from a technical role where you have worked with analysis, documentation, or complex technical systems. You thrive on immersing yourself in new technical challenges and have the ability to independently understand, analyze, and drive technical tasks forward. We welcome both those who currently work as Maintenance Engineers or Production Technicians and wish to develop within maintenance and technical analyses.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• A university degree in, for example, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent.
• Experience in technical analysis work, systems work, or technical documentation.
• The ability to independently immerse yourself in technical assignments and translate analyses into practical solutions.
• Good system understanding and an interest in complex technical products.
• Experience collaborating with design, test, production, or other technical functions.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Maintenance preparation or maintenance analyses.
• Aerospace, defense, or other high-tech industries.
• OIM analyses, ILS, or similar methodologies.
• Electronics or work with complex technical systems.

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. You enjoy taking personal responsibility, like understanding how complex systems work, and are motivated by combining technical analysis work with practical engineering work. You appreciate close collaboration with other technical functions and want to be involved in developing both products and working methods.
