Öresundskraft is embarking on an exciting development journey and is now looking for a Documentation Technician who wants to help build, structure, and develop the work with technical facility documentation.
This is a key role for you who thrive in the intersection between technology, structure, and business development. You will have the opportunity to influence how documentation is handled moving forward while ensuring that our facility information maintains high quality and is accessible for operations, maintenance, and future investments.
About the Business
Within our area of responsibility for Production & Procurement, where this position is located, we are responsible for all of Öresundskraft's energy-producing operations. The area comprises approximately 90 employees distributed across the departments of Operations, Maintenance, and Optimization. Daily operations are conducted at our power and heating plants, Filborna and Västhamn in Helsingborg, as well as at our heating plant Åkerslund in Ängelholm.
Here we operate in a technically advanced environment with high demands on safety, availability, and quality.
About the Role
As a Documentation Technician, you are responsible for ensuring that Öresundskraft's technical documentation is correct, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
You will work with documentation related to our production facilities and support both operations, maintenance, and project activities with the right basis for decision-making and execution.
The role is an expansion of the business and has been created to update existing documentation while ensuring that documentation is handled correctly in new projects and investments. This means you will both manage and update existing documentation and contribute to developing future working methods and processes within the area.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Ensure correct and updated facility documentation
- Update and handle P&ID, mechanical drawings, and other technical documentation
- Work in AutoCAD and PDM systems
- Support operations, maintenance, and projects with technical basis
- Ensure structure, quality, and traceability in documentation management
- Contribute to reducing risks during operational disruptions, reconstructions, and investments
- Be involved in projects to ensure correct documentation management from the start
- Develop and implement new working methods, routines, and processes within the documentation area

We are looking for you who have
- Relevant education such as a high school engineer degree, or equivalent work experience that we assess as comparable
- Good experience working in AutoCAD
- Experience working with P&ID and mechanical drawings
- Experience with technical documentation in industrial operations
- Experience with document management systems
It is meritorious if you have experience with PDM systems or similar solutions for technical documentation.
