Seeking Engaged Personal Assistant for Young Woman

We are looking for an engaged and responsible personal assistant for a young woman who needs support in her daily life. The ideal candidate is secure, sensitive, and has a genuine interest in working with people.
As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of her life and contribute to creating a secure and meaningful everyday life.
Responsibilities:
- Support in daily routines such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meals.
- Help with transfers and other practical tasks at home.
- Accompany on activities outside the home, e.g., leisure activities and excursions.
- Create a safe and positive environment based on the user's needs and wishes.
- Some documentation and collaboration with relatives and other professionals.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is responsible, empathetic, and patient.
- Has good teamwork skills and is flexible.
- Can work independently and take initiative.
- Experience in similar work is an advantage but not required.
Other:
- Working hours may vary (day, evening, and weekend).
- Introduction provided.
